    I moved in to the property on 07/15/2014 and I gave Ms. Davis $6,000. This was the first month's security, last month & security deposit. Ms. Davis released us from our lease on 12/14/2014 because my health was being affected by mold and water damage in the house. We paid the December and lived out our last month rent January 15- February 15. We left the house in order. It was better in condition than when we moved in because we had a lot of cleaning and fixing to do. Ms. Davis refused to do a walk through when we left on Feb 13th so we call Broward Sheriff Dept to come and complete a walk through with us. We left the keys, garage door opener, pool keys and gate cards along with our forwarding address. s. Davis has not sent us any correspondence regarding the matter.

    I RENTED THIS HOME WITH MY DAUGHTER. WE GAVE 3O DAY CERTIFIED MAIL NOTICE, WE HAD ALL CARPETS CLEANED PRIOR TO LEAVING. HOME WAS CLEANER THEN WHEN WE ORIGINALLY RENTED IT. WE ASKED REPEATIVELY FOR A REFUND AND NEVER RECEIVED THE $1000.00 DEPOSIT.
