I have written and called on several occasions. I would like my stove repaired or replaced. I need 3 new burner elements and drip pans. My sink needs a new washer, and I would like the sink knobs replaced. I should not have to turn the knob almost in a full circle to turn the water off.

Also….during the winter the snow removal especially on the sidewalks around the complex have been awful. I also left message on this several times.

This landlord is horrible, there were all kinds of rodents in the house from rats, squirrels, etc. The cops came to the house, and remove the bat, and the pest control came, but refused to set a trap for the other rodents. The landlord would have other people coming in and out the house, and I didn’t know he was collecting monies for mentally ill, after living there I didn’t realize, it was advertise as a shared apartment. It was a nightmare, I called the cops on one of the roommates, and I didn’t realize she was mentally ill, there were a bunch of them living on the lower level. I had no idea, I left almost loosing my life because of what would happen next.
I feel this place should be investigated and should be a place of safety. He didn’t care, all he wanted was money, and didn’t care about the conditions of the house. If it is a house for mentally ill, it should not be in the newspaper. I just want to bring light to this.

Mr. Augustine rented a room to a relative of mine for a short duration stay at this property. The first main issue that came up is that no hot water was being supplied within the rest room hence my relative had to take cold showers for months on end until the situation was resolved. Also the shower head that was being used was faulty and was not replaced until I arrived at the property and replaced the shower head my self. The stoves in the kitchen would spark every time they were turned on not to mention the stove would unexpectedly heat up even when it was not turned on manually. The bedroom my relative stayed in was slanted to the right hand side hence trying to keep anything stable was next to impossible due to this incline. Items such as mugs and other fragile items would slide across the room if not secured.Lastly the rest room and kitchen were shared and often other renters would leave bodily fluids such as blood and urine within the shower stall which created a biohazard for my relative.Mr Augustine has shown little to no regard to the requests of his renters as demonstrated by the aforementioned. All he does when these things are pointed out is simply exclaim ” I will get it taken care of thank you” and one is left waiting weeks on end with no action.Anyone considering renting any room at this properly beware of the negligence you will be subjected to.

WHEN YOU CALL TOM AT THE 732-252-9033 NUMBER HE SAYS YOU HAVE REACH COOPER COMMERCIALS. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET OUT OF THIS DIRTY APT COMPLEX, BUT TOM WILL NOT LET ME LEAVE HE HAS TO SUBMIT TO RENTAL ASSISTANCE AGENCY THAT WE CAN BREAK OUR LEASE, WE WANTED TO LEAVE AT THE END OF THIS MONTH BUT NOW IT IS TO LATE BECAUSE THE NEW PLACE HAS TO BE INSPECTED, BEFORE WE MOVE,MONIES INVOLVED. TOM GAVE HOUSING ANOTHER AMOUNT FOR THE RENT AND WE HAVE A COPY OF LEASE WITH ANOTHER AMOUNT, THAT IS FRAUD. THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. DIRTY BATHROOM, BROKEN FIXTURES, BACKUP KITCHEN SINK WATER AND SUDS COMING FROM SOMEWHERE ELSE IN THE BUILDING TO MY SINK, DISGUSTING. THE KITCHEN CABINET INSIDE LOOKED LIKE SOMETHING DIED IN IT, AND WAS GIVING OFF A BAD ODOR, HAD TO CALL CITY INSPECTOR I HAVE THE REPORT, WORKERS ENTERED APT WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE, WHEN I WAS NOT HOME, CAME BACK IT WAS PAINTED ODOR STILL LINGERS, HELP! WE GAVE HIM 1,650 TO MOVE INT THIS DUMP.
WHEN YOU LOOK IN, FROM THE DOOR WAY, IT SEEMS OKAY, BUT WHEN YOU START LIVING IN THIS APT, YOU FIND ALL OF THESE UNSANITARY CONDITIONS. MAINTENANCE MAN RODNEY HAS OUR OTHER KEY TO OUR MAIL, SO THAT MEANS HE CAN GO IN OUR MAIL BOX
