You have failed to provide a safe and adequate living space for a paying tenant. You have refused to install a ramp for a tenant with a legally disclosed disability thus making her home unsafe to live in. You have failed to repair and upkeep of the mobile home even though many maintenance requests were submitted, You have refused to act on the complaints the tenant made to management about problems with the home or surrounding neighbors. As a management office you have not held up to your end of the agreement or allowed a paying tenant to live in a safe environment. The tenant has possession of 122 photos of damage and concern areas that are unsafe or unacceptable. Tenants have moved out of the home and will return keys to management office upon receipt of your decision to the resolution.
